Hello

Now retired, Dan served as an Army staff sergeant before a medical career as a Physician’s Assistant. In law, he focused on medical malpractice, products liability, and representing faith-based organizations. Married for 45 years, Dan enjoys family, leading Bible studies, and traveling.

My Story

Dan has lived an interesting life and experienced many things. After graduating high school Dan volunteered for the draft and served in the Army for over two years as a staff sergeant in the brigade communications center. After the Army, Dan became an operating room technician, attended nursing school and ultimately as a Physician's Assistant.

Dan's unique medical background segued perfectly into his legal career as he has worked on a broad array of medical malpractice cases and products liability cases involving pharmaceutical manufacturers. Additionally, Dan dedicated a large part of his practice to representing churches, ministers, ministries, religious schools and church camps.

Personally, Dan has been happily married for 50 years, has three children.  Dan's primary personal activities include spending time with his kids and grandkids, leading bible studies with prison inmates, and traveling both in the United States and internationally.
